Red Dead Redemption 2 review
This is Red Dead Redemption 2 with a meta score of 93 (based on PC).
The game itself is great, but there are a lot of errors based on the PC version, so the score was greatly reduced;
Personally, I'll give it 99 points.
I gave -1 point for errors and some regrets,
I'm giving this game 99 points because it's too good to take down points.
open world
Red Dead Redemption 2 is an open world game.
The map is quite large, but there are quite a few things to do so it wasn't boring to wander around.
1. Find treasure & specific objects through main quests or sub quests
2. Hunting animals such as deer, hunting legendary animals, etc.
3. Catching the Bounty
4. Going to gamble
5. Random events that occur on the map (gang surprise & NPC help, etc.)
6. Specific system unlocks and equipment can be obtained through random events above
In addition, you will roam the map to complete achievements.
I recently played an open world shark game,
I got cancer because there was nothing but a documentary-level main story and a good challenge.
I did redeli and it was good haha
graphic
The graphics are very good.
In particular, it was art related to light.
Like the first picture, I saw sunlight leaking through the clouds on my way to work.
It was great to see this in game.
In addition, the weather and day and night change in real time,
When passing through a snowy field in a cold area, etc.
Besides, the graphics are good.
story
Spoiler alert!
The story was pretty good.
About how Arthur and the people around him are going through the gang,
Moderately impressed, moderately impressed, etc.
So I thought the main story itself was okay,
No matter how much I think about it, the directing ability when unraveling the main story is crazy 💦
The lines in the photo above are from the nun I met in the sub story.
That was reflected in the main story.
In addition, the nun appeared in the main story before going to the conclusion as Arthur.
The side story of existing open world games,
It was only a means of experience or leveling up,
Reflecting this into the main story, I felt it was really great.
After that, I liked this little directing.
The scene above is when the gang is headed for catastrophe,
Javier is a person who trusts his colleagues,
If you look at Javier on the far left, do you see that the muzzle is pointing towards the sky?
His feelings of being loyal to Dutch but unable to point a gun at his colleagues,
You expressed this well.
Because this game is probably from the pioneering era of the West,
Deadeye with slow motion and auto-reload
Panning shot when firing with multiple markings,
When turning the revolver and inserting it, etc.
Because of these things, I mostly use revolvers rather than rifles.
When it comes to weapons, customization exists.
Add attachments such as scopes or sights,
You can paint or paint weapons.
The only thing I regret is when I painted it white like a revolver.
The paint peeled off and it looked like it was burnt, so it's not good.
Let me express it in pure white.
fashion
Personally, the fashion system was the most disappointing.
When I'm playing games, I often go to get clothes, not to tell the story.
But there were a few clothes that I liked,
There are a lot of things that are dusty or the color is not good,
The life of a hat, such as a short brim,
There wasn't much to match the costumes than I thought.
So if you look at other people's costumes, like the one above,
There's only one shotgun + high-end pants + black vest.
other errors
I don't know if it's just my PC.
I can't switch between Korean and English with the keyboard just by turning on the redeli 💦
You have to manually change it by pressing ENG in the screenshot above.
It was also quite annoying to occasionally freeze or crash during the game.
Without these two, I would have given 100 points, but it's a pity.
Wrap-up
Redery is over with this post~
I had quite a bit of fun and I'm leaving this game now.
I'll come back when the DLC comes out later, but will it come out?
With this, I completed The Division 2 > Redeli.
With Pokemon, there are about 13 days left until the next release.
I'll have to see what game I'm going to play.
